2. Our Services
Haboob provides an online platform for users to reserve bus seats and book tickets. We act as a booking agent and reservation system. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine it is inappropriate.
4. Bookings and Payments
Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all bookings made via the Site.
Payment: You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider.
Ticket Validity: Tickets are only valid for the specific date, time, and route selected at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them on the Site. Your continued use of the Site follows the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
